Assessing the Climate Resilience of Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA): A Metric-Based Approach

The impacts of climate change have resulted in the emergence resilience as de factor framework for countries seeking to capture differential and uneven ability prepare, react, respond cope with volatile rapid changes climate-related stresses.
